This Payment & Billing Policy explains how payments and orders are handled by Spirk Wheels LLC.
1. CURRENCY
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
Depending on the transaction, Spirk Wheels may accept:
- Invoice checkout.
- Zelle.
- Bank transfer.
- Wire transfer.
- Chime.
- Apple Pay.
Available payment instructions will be provided during the applicable order or invoice process.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order or requesting an invoice does not automatically mean the order has been accepted.
An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Spirk Wheels.
4. PAYMENT VERIFICATION
We may verify payments before processing or shipping an order.
Orders may be delayed or declined if:
- Payment cannot be verified.
- Payment is incomplete.
- The transaction appears unauthorized.
- Fraud is reasonably suspected.
- Product availability changes before payment confirmation.
5. PAYMENT SECURITY
Spirk Wheels does not store customers’ full payment-card information on its website.
Where a third-party payment or financial service is involved, that provider may independently process payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
6. ZELLE, CHIME, AND BANK TRANSFERS
Customers should carefully verify payment instructions before sending funds.
Transfers such as Zelle, Chime, bank transfers, and wire transfers can be difficult or impossible to reverse after completion.
Only send payment using instructions provided through an authorized Spirk Wheels communication channel.
If you receive unusual or conflicting payment instructions, contact us using the contact information published on spirkwheels.store before sending funds.
7. PRODUCT PRICING
Customers will be informed of the applicable product price before payment.
Spirk Wheels will not intentionally add an undisclosed mandatory charge after the customer has committed to the transaction.
8. SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard eligible U.S. shipping is currently free.
Any non-standard transportation service requiring an additional charge will be disclosed before the customer agrees to the additional charge.
9. TAXES
Spirk Wheels does not currently calculate sales tax solely based on the customer’s delivery location.
Where a tax or other government-imposed charge is legally required and applicable to a transaction, it should be disclosed before payment is completed.
10. PRICING ERRORS
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing.
If an obvious or material pricing error is identified before payment is confirmed, Spirk Wheels may correct the error and inform the customer before accepting the order.
11. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
