Standard approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Customers should determine whether a particular electric bike, golf cart, or other vehicle may legally be operated in their intended location.

17. BATTERY SAFETY
Lithium batteries should be charged, stored, and used only according to manufacturer instructions.
Customers should use compatible chargers and avoid unauthorized battery modifications.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original Spirk Wheels website content, logos, branding, graphics, designs, and written material may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Use of our website does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.
